Throughout what can now be called a long and successful career, Samuel Oshana worked his magic with some of the largest and most prominent brokerages in the country, including JP Morgan and Heartland Securities. As a securities broker, he held Series 7 and Series 63 licenses, which allow a broker to trade in securities, as well as a Series 55, which grants brokers the right to engage in equity trading. While he was an investment broker, Samuel Oshana learned a great about the value of investment and gained the power to maximize investment returns.
To say that he has made the best of that knowledge would be a huge understatement. In fact, in recent years, Sam Oshana has diversified quite a bit, and mostly engages in more aggressive investment than in years past. For one thing, he loans capital to individuals and small companies, using their real estate as collateral. That necessitated a shift in investment to Florida real estate, which has been good to him in recent years. He now has a Florida real estate broker’s licenses to go with the investment broker’s licenses, and he is making the best of all of them.
